When returning a mortgage application, remember to bring the following. It will help to expedite the process.

1. Paystubs to cover thirty (30) days
2. Last two (2) years W2’s (full tax returns if self-employed, employed by family member or if more than 25% of income is commission or overtime)
3. Last two (2) months bank statements (this includes 401K, Securities, Annuities, etc.)
4. Real Estate Sales Contract (if a purchase)
5. Check for appraisal fee (appraisal cannot be ordered until fee is received)
