Capital Bank's Mortgage Loan Department offers home mortgages. Variable Rate Mortgages and Fixed Rate Mortgages are available with some of the most competitive rates and terms in the area.
Upon receipt of your Good Faith Estimate from us, if you would like to continue with the application process, please bring the following information to help expedite the process:
- Paystubs to cover thirty (30) days
- Last two (2) years W2’s (full tax returns if self-employed, employed by family member or if more than 25% of income is commission or overtime)
- Last two (2) months bank statements (this includes 401K, Securities, Annuities, etc.)
- Real Estate Sales Contract (if a purchase)
- Check for appraisal fee (appraisal cannot be ordered until fee is received)
