eStatements
The better way to get your account statement, for you and for the environment!
Capital
Bank introduced eStatements in late 2008. These are "electronic" monthly statements
which bring many benefits and adding convenience as well as helping the environment by reducing the use of paper. When
you apply to receive your statement "electronically", you'll still receive your monthly statement as you have
been, except it will come in the form of an email to your designated email address. The file will be a .pdf file
which you will double-click to open. If you do not have Adobe Reader, it can
easily be downloaded
from the internet
for no charge. This will enable you to open the pdf file and access your estatement. You may elect
to print the statement or save it to your computer for later access. With activation of estatements, no paper
statements will be mailed to you. This saves paper and postage as well as expediate the delivery process.
