We take pride in measuring success not only by our fiscal numbers but also in the amount of time and money that we give back to Catoosa and Walker counties. All employees are encouraged to give of themselves and their time to schools, civic organizations and charities. Employees are given time during their work day to participate. Employees often volunteer on their personal time too! Capital Bank has received state and national awards for community involvement. Most recently we were named the ICBA’s First in the Nation, Top Five Bank and for 2005, Honorable Mention from over 5000 eligible banks. Volunteering and financial support spanned events such as elementary school open houses to Special Olympics, from Habitat to Humanity Fashion Shows to American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Each event or group is special in their own way and Capital Bank is well represented by our active staff.
